Clothing/product Poor Quality

Mr P I've loved you shops for years and have been buying my clothes only at MR P but the quality of your stuff is not good, I bought a bag in December and now the strap has broken and I hardly used the bag, I've in the past returned many clothes due to it being torn while I bought it or wearing it just once, this is not acceptable.
