Clothes lose shape and shrink after just 1 wash

Bought t-shirts from Mr Price Randburg Square on the 4th of Jan, washed them last week now they've all lost shape and they even shrunk. I called and they said they can't help me because I no longer have the receipt. But I've got date and time stamps on my banking app that can be used to verify my purchase. This service is just appalling. Surely if I give you a bank statement with the exact date and time of the purchase you should be able to locate the transaction on your system? Never buying from this store again
