clothes and shoes soaking wet coz beauty products not bubble wrapped and protected,

i recently bought clothes, shoes and some face spritzers from Mr.P and when i received it, the beauty items were not protected in bubble wrap and almost half of the bottles were emptied. the were off. When i purchase beauty products from other stores, they wrap it in order not to waste the product or have it damaged. i was told im not the first client who has complained about this instore when i collected my parcel.

the unprotected product made the clothes wet and the shoes as well. this is unacceptable, surely by now you should know to wrap and protect products like that.
