Closure of account

I would like tobclose my account with them. I sent them an email requesting closure of my account buy no reply has been given.i also saw on my recent statement that they have added the MrP 100 plus sim card nd i did notbopt in for it. Whatbi opted in for was the Mr Price funeral cover.

I would like to settle and close my Mr Price account. Thank you
