Closing time

So I drove to Mr price in Centurion on the 16th of Oct, only to find the store closed by 18:45, while the operational hours are 19:00...why is it written 19:00 on the door while the store actually closes 15 minutes earlier. Are we as clients being mis informed, as the security would by even standing by the door by 18:45 saying we can't enter. It's very disappointing
