Closing my account

<p>I want to close my account because ever since I opened the account I never got credit and I've b een appplying for acredit , they say my account has been on arrears where's the reason I did not pay is their slowly online method of paying .... so who's fault is it that they did not deduct the money on time and they quickly send an sms saying thank you for paying but they've not deducted the money yet..I dont want no negotiation its too late now will pay the remaining amount then close it.</p>
