closing my account

I have settle the account and request to close it. I was told that they can't close it in July I must wait they will close it In August automatically since I have been handed over. <br> <br> I haven't gotten any feedback if they close it or not and that they have updated my itc listing and remove the handedover under my name in accordance to new south Africa law amnesty.
