Closing Mr Price Account

I'm extremely disappointed, frustrated, irate and irritated with Mr Price. I never had a problem with having a Mr Price store card (account) I've had it for years but due to financial hardship I decide to close all my accounts including Mr Price. So on the 28th of June at 14:54 Bridge city Mall kwamashu I payed an amount of R480 in closing the account . To my surprise I was called yesterday and informed that I owe R110 and due immediately, so I did not understand how so. Today the 16th of September I went at Mr Price Phoenix plaza to query about the outstanding amount. The lady who help informed me that I owe a balance R267. 10 because I took airtime from May this year. She assumed that I got a call from Mr price sales and took a airtime contract I informed her that I did not agree to such, I was very clear to the lady who intailly opened the account that I want no extras, no insuranc, no airtime nothing. I wish I listened to a family member who warned me about them and they ********** ways once u decide to close the account. The stores can't help me so I'm hoping this matter will be sorted and that I receive a communication from them soon. Get this straight we are financially overwhelmed don't make matters worse. Mr Price send me a voice recording where I agreed to this airtime and the number which the airtime is loaded. 😡😡😡😡
