Closing early
Security Guards need customer service training on how to treat customers. The gentleman on duty yesterday, closed the door as he could see us walking towards the store. He disregards the fact that the store should close at 7 and not 18:45. And also remind this person that he is in fact at work, because the attitude is that he is doing everyone a huge favour.
