Closing account

A simple thing such as closing an account becomes a nightmare, they will make you fill a cancelation form that helps with nothing, then when you try to call you will be transferred to different people until they hang up on you. Im so furious, imagine having to go and pay R17 every month just because the store refuses to simple close your account
