Closed Sim card

Good day

I'm very disappointed with Mr Price money. I have an account with them but during this pandemic I couldn't pay as promised but I made arrangements with them only to found out last month on the 18th that they have closed my Sim card because I couldn't pay them as promised. They have closed the Sim card that I have been using for many years right now I can't receive and do calls because of them. I have used that name on my CV and everything I do I use that number
