CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BUT IT IS NOT CLOSED

I have had several complaint with mr,price standerton where they open the doors late while staff is drinking coffee and no regards to customers.<br> <br> They are constantly offline so you cant pay your account and when you phone head office they are back online all of the sudden.<br> <br> I went to the branch to close my account they said they were offline,i phoned head office to tell them about this problem.<br> when i wanted to speak to management everything was online again.(strange)<br> <br> i closed my account on the day and settle the whole amount ,I asked the person helping me to fax the form where i said i want the account to be closed and insurance and all card protections need to be cancelled.<br> <br> Now i am receiving a bill of R15,5 for this month,pathetic.<br> <br> this is exactly why i closed my account and no longer will do bussines with mr.price <br> <br> I was a loyal customer and paid my account on time all the time and made huge purchases but now i will do my bussines elsewhere because of this experience.<br> <br> PLEAS CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!<br> <br> Andre <br> <br> *** acc number
