CLOSED ACCOUNT - YET still Charging

In April I Paid up my account - my credit limit is only R 600 - I had a few policies with Mr Price, and I sent them an email requesting the account and policies to be cancelled, as you can not do it in store - I tried twice

Never received any feedback, Yet got a phone call again this morning, my account is overdue - and when I explained that I sent an email in April already to close the account - the lady said she only phones to collect money, not close accounts.

I send another email - stating I tried in April to close the account - I finally got an email back - saying they cant close because of the outstanding amount,

How can you respond so quick if there is money outstanding, but no response in MONTHS when there is.

This is pathetic for a R 600.00 account
