Close your useless whatsapp platform

I'm very sadden by the way your whatsapp platform work, Your company should actually close this platform because it's just a waste of your client's time. You wait for almost 30min before anyone chats with u. When someone eventually does, he/she can't help you with your question. I bought 2pairs of shoes online last month and now want to buy 6 more pairs. But your website and your google app are faulty, then tried chatting on your whatsapp platform with no luck. I sent the person the picture of the shoes and told her/him I'm looking to buy other colours of the same shoe type. She/he is asking me for codes, I sent him the code for the one I bought but he is telling me to phone the stores and ask them if tgey can source it for me. What is the use of your whatsapp platform, can't he use the same code for the colour I bought, my shoe pic and check with shops if they have tgat type of shoes in stock. I wouldn't be contacting you directly if i didn't personally go to the shops to find out. I think your company also uses something called an email and have trained staff how to send one to the other branches or your head office but looking at today's service, there's a long way to go!You need to train yo staff more.
