CLOSE ACCOUNT AND SEND PAID UP LETTER.
I paid my account off and requested that the account be closed. I sent emails with the proof of payment (settlement amount/outstanding balance) as per the statement and Mr Price now sends me invoices for R12 and R11. What is the problem with closing the account and what are the R11 and R12 charges for?
