Client complain

My first experience with the store and the call center when I was tracking my order was horrible....they give false information of when my parcel will delivered I made sure someone was home the whole day of 06.04.2021 but they never pitched when I called their call center they said after receiving an email that states when your order will be delivered and it happens it doesn't get delivered only than you will be informed that the email you receive is totally false you actually have to wait another 5 working days basically they give false information false advertising they tricking their customers which is totally ******* and *********
