CLICK & COLLECT GONE WRONG

Im extremely unhappy with Mr Price Online Store. I bought shoes via the app which and ordered size 4. Can you imagine the shock I got when I received size 5? This is funny because still on my profile, it says size 4. Im just wondering how we are going to do this because it was a click and collect order which I was also charged for the store collection. This is such an inconvenience because I was planning on wearing the shoes tommorow for the funeral and even so, I used my last transport money to go collect the shoes at the store.

I chose the online shopping because non of the stores close to my location had a size 4. Hiw do we rectify this Mr Price? I want to order a size 4 again but who is going to encur the costs for click and collect and my transport money because the fault is not on my end.... please advice
