Click and wait

First time using the click and collect service and I’m so disappointed, how is a service that’s meant to be quick and easy so ***********. Placed an order in time to made sure I received it this weekend I get to the mall and the service is down and the store e can’t even use my details to open the locker my things are in, I’m then told I need to wait for them to fix the issue there’s nothing they can do. I’m so disappointed, I guess affordable also means inefficient.
