Click and never collect

Good Day Mr Price. I placed an order for click and collect and the delivery has still not taken place, way past the delivery due date and has been shipping since the 21 May 2024. I ordered something from Mr Price Sport after this order and received it last week. Maybe we are just spoilt with other companies. Please kindly advise what the hold up is as your call Centre is also giving me dates for delivery that never take place? Thank you
