Click and collect Worst service

I emailed Mr Price complaints department on the 4th of April and i still haven't received any feedback!!!!

I placed two orders a in March.

Order ************431 was supposed to arrive in store 29 March and order *********9110 on the 1st of April but none of them arrived on those dates.

I have wasted my time and petrol going to store to check for the parcels. They only arrived in store a week later after I had called them twice and chatted to them on WhatsApp.

There is no explanation why there was a delay in delivery.

The service has been atrocious, I want an explanation!!!
