Click And Collect ******* So Called Service

Never order through Mr Price Click and Collect - I had placed an order 15/09/2024 - received an email to say it was shipped - today is 30/09/2024 - after multiple queries none of the *********** staff can tell me as to when I will receive my order. I then called their courier company M24 Logistics - to be told that I was given the wrong number and that they cant pick up my order. The more you ask the less info you receive - they just do not care whatsoever. Totally unacceptable and disgusting.. People rather order through Temu or Shein.... atleast you know what you waiting for and you can still track... Mr Price takes the money and still wants you to beg for your order. NEVER AGAIN!
