Click and collect should be swift and easy

One of the reasons for a click and collect is to be able to buy everyhting online and not worry about standing long queues in store. Yesterday 06/12 I stood for 20 minutes in a collection queue at Alberton store waiting to be assisted after getting there 10 minutes to closing time. Not that there was a queue or anything. The staff just looked at me standing behind a poor loady who had been there since 4;30 waiting for her laybuy and they could not find it. Only about 6;15 they asked me what I was there for and got me my package.
