Click and Collect feedback is bad

I ordered a shirt on the 2nd of August for click and collect. I called in yesterday to find out what happened to the order as I haven't received a single update via email since the 4th of August and when I went to the store the order was not there, I was told that they would follow up with the courier and send me an update but dololo. Why is click and collect so toxic? And why does it take a courier 6 days and counting to actually deliver something to the store, like where is he driving from? I paid you on time didn't I? But I don't have my order in the 2-5 working days you claim on your app which is actually a lie. And I ordered another item yesterday .... wonder how many years that one will take to get delivered to the store also.
