Click and collect

2nd time doing online purchases as it seems easier when I got at Mr Price Eastrand Mall the pick up point couldn't read my barcode when putting bacorde manual it's says incorrect need to call 1 of the staff,then the lady rebooted the machine like 4 times and still not change my number couldn't read.i waited for almost an hour for my parcel.im buying online to avoid waiting in long ques but this time my click and collect was so inconvenient.the staff was going back and forth checking if my order was not at the back.why am I getting the notification that my order is ready when it's not.the lady kept on saying the system is offline.im not coming to collect as today was my chance I need th order delivered to me FREE OF CHARGE
