Clear communication is very important

Had the worst experience ever at mr price store in Bizana. Anele who is the manager there showed me flames. She had no customer service and made me up to be the rude customer. I ended up returning the item i had already bought and leaving those i was waiting to be assisted with buying. All this could have been avoided had she had a proper way to talk to her customers and not make us feel like we are inconveniencing her.
