CLANCY ONLINE CHAT SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE MRPRICE PATHETIC

I would just like mr price to know how pathetic and *********** their staff is firstly i would like an apology and contact from Clancy and his/her manager who does the online chat service i have never received such bad service in my life and from such a reputable brand im in utter shock. I ordered items online friday 05/07/2019 as per delivery the item would've been delievered at 17:00pm i chatted with clancy that afternoon to my disappointment and advised i needed the items that night.. No sense of urgency or helpfulness just told me il receive a notification...obviously i never received the items and made contact saturday only then i chatted to Courtney who made contact with the store and told me she cannot contact the couriers as they dont work weekends...to which i said that i told clancy that afternoon friday i needed the items n did not bother to contact the couriers to which courtney said her manager daleen will call me...no contact was made i chatted this morning again n to my utter disappointment once again Clancy pops up with rude unprofessional response. After stating that i will not make any more contact coz i received no resolution until i made contact this whole time. Clancy sarcastically ends the chat and tells me to enjoy my day to which i respond i want to speak to a manager and Clancy joins the chat again and tells me to enjoy my day!!!! YES A R35 ISNT MUCH BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD I BEEN A R5000 CUSTOMER WOULD I HAVE RECEIVED BETTER SERVICE!!!! I WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK AND APOLOGY BY END OF BUSINESS TODAY
