City logistics and Mr P online order nightmare

Placed an online order on 12 January that was due to be delivered on the 22nd Jan. Tomorrow will be the 26th January and the status of my package is still the same. Been getting empty promises from all the agents I spoke to on WhatsApp and on the phone. City logistics collected my order on the 12 January already,but still no delivery. Don’t understand how it can two weeks from Westgate to Auckland Park
