Christmas order still hasnt arrived

<p>I ordered 2 items a week before Christmas 2016, on the app it states payment waiting but i have paid and i have received an email stating that they are both paid for.</p> <p>I emailed mrp stating my problem, they asked for my number or id number which i think is not needed to access my account because i signed in using facebook.</p> <p>I told them my issue and i asked them if they could help me and they did not respond.</p> <p>I emailed them again saying that if they did not respond i would take it further, they didnt respond.</p> <p>Mrp is one horrible place to purchase an item because of their **** service in every store and when you order online it always take so long for them to deliver.</p> <p>I have never had a nice experience with mrp.</p>
