cheaply made clothing

I baught a dress, wore it for the 2nd time today. What happened? It split all the way at the back due to stupidity of whom thought it will be clever to sew two ends together on very thin fabric. Obviously it will tear. I buy leggings and shoes and tops there but the shoes are the only thing that lasts the longest. <br> It is best to make quality items that will actually last longer than a week!
