Cheap material
<p>I bought a show from Mr Price east gate I wore it once and it tore,I complained on Hello Peter and you went believe what's the response I got from Charnee. I should return the shoe and take a different one or take something of the same price. First I buy something that only lasts one day the next thing I should waist my petrol and drive to Mr Price to just exchange the shoe. This is totally unbeilivable where us the customer service here. Mr Price should refund and replace my shoe.</p>

I was contact by a call centre agent who told me to take the shoes back and exchange them. What nonsence is that. I then called and asked to speak to her manager who said they will get back to me by 16h05 latest its now 16h25. What's going on with Mr Price?
