Charges for Insurance that we did not approve for

So Mr Price does it again!! I few months ago we were contacted by a sales consultant selling the funeral insurance, my husband requested the brochure to go through it and then make a decision. The consultant did not contact him again to confirm if he wants this, but rather charges it to the account. We went to the branch and they helped to cancel it, but now we paid R150 per month for 4 months for something we did not approve. The person we spoke to at headoffice just says sorry only cancellation no refund. Mr price is getting bad, we had a similar problem previuosly with a cellphone contract and only when we put the complaint on this porthole were we assisted.
