Change your courier

This is the 2nd time that I have had a problem with Mr Price online store delivery. The first time it was supposed to take 4-7 working days it took 13 working days and many phone calls to get my order and all you get is sorry but I paid interest on it. Now I ordered on 1st May today so at the latest should be delivered today but if you go on couriers tracking the last thing it says is 2nd May handed over to courier. And when you contact online support you get treated like you can't count working days.
