CHANGE COURIER COMPANY THEY ARE USELESS

My son placed an order on the 20th and was shipped within a few days. The order has now been sitting in Gosforth Park warehouse for the last 3 or 4 days. The branch we are supposed to collect from is about 6 km from the warehouse how does it take your courier company so long to get the parcel to where it needs to be. Mr Price needs to find a better solution to their courier issues or better yet allow specials to be bought in store and not just on line.
