Cellphone service nightmare

I feel that I have been unfairly treated as a customer and my rights have been abused by Mr price Thavhani mall as bought my phone 2019 January 02 it was giving me problem here and there which I didn't report yet because it would not on for the whole day then the following day work perfectly so I didn't see need to report it but on 29 December 2020 my phone was working fine since morning until midday when I removed memory card then it became completely blank but power was still on so I keep it in the house until I return it to the store because I checked my receipt and realized it still under guarantee on the 02 January 2021 I took it back to the store and I was advised that I should come back and check it incase it ready they will check it I went in the store recently on the 13 February 2021 to check progress only to be told the phone went to the repair and came back unfixed because the apparently they claim the phone is broken because it fell that is not reasonable explanation because I know for fact the phone didn't fall I just removed memory card then became blank why don't they produce proof how the phone is broken or damage report why should I accept that the phone is not fixed for almost 2 months I don't have a phone but I bought a phone with my hard earned money now I have to wait for the store to take the phone to another repairer not knowing what the outcome will be I just have to wait for that is totally wrong refund me my money or bring back my phone in a good working condition how long should I wait doing ups and downs checking on my phone
