I bought two Itel Ac33 colour blue R600 each from Mr. Price Brooklyn on the 30th March and returned them on the 3rd April because the device the was slow and freezing while opening the Apps. They took them to assess them with no update from the store and I went to the store only then i was informed that the devices are back and they didn't find any fault with them and told that's how that device work. I refused taking the phones with cause they very slow and freezing. I want my money back or be given another phones ( i can top up if i have to )
