Cashier Crying and still manager to proficianilly help

I went to Mr price Mall of Africa Man side on Thursday the 30th May , The service was great all thanks to the cashier Nosipho, She helped me even though you could tell she was going through a rough patch I don't know what transpired but in my own customer service experience its possible that the supervisor might have said something horrible to her and if that the case I will like to plea with the manager in charge to please take care of their stuff members especially the junior stuff because you cannot have the poor lady crying and still have to assist customers the least they could have done is to gave her a break to cool down cry her tears off and get someone to cover for her specifically for that moment because to me it seems like they did not care about her but they just wanted the job to be done. Well except for that the service is great and the store is fully packed, I would definitely return for shopping. Its actually one of the few Mr price store that actually had every single thing thumb up to the merchandise team and the store manager keep it that way
