Cash refund

Very very bad experience with the service I got from Mr Price In balfour park. On the 26th I bought clothes for R1246.90 using my debit card this amount went out twice from my account and the manager said the other amount will reverse back into my account the same day,that did not happen hence it's been a month now...I know it's lockdown I try to call and there is no answer...the store manager took my details and said she was gonna call me to check I I got the money..And she did not call me,till to this day I don't have my money and I need It ASAP!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!! Can someone do something about this please.
