Cash Order paid Via eft

<p>I have placed an order and paid via eft ,contact Mr price clothing following up on my order was then advised that</p> <p>they could not trace my payment and I should email the proof o payment.Few day after that contacted them again was informed to resend the proof as they have no received it.I need assistance as I would like them to refund me ASAP.I then got a reply from them saying they will call never did.I contacted the call centre and was informed that my querry was escalated and Tat is 48 hours up until today have not been refunded the amount.</p>
