Cash Order paid Via eft

<p> </p> <p>I have placed an order and paid via eft ,contact Mr price clothing following up on my order was then advised that</p> <p>they could not trace my payment and I should email the proof o payment.Few day after that contacted them again was informed to resend the proof as they have no received it.I need assistance as I would like them to refund me ASAP. Received an email stating that they will getback to me shortly regarding the matter within 48 hours and up until today they have not .</p>
