Careless employees

I went to go buy a dress at Mr price(Eastrand mall) yesterday and the money was debited from my account but it didn’t show on their side. I was asked to wait for a reversal message. I did exactly that and till today I’ve paid for a dress that they refused to give me. The lady told me it’s not their problem.
