Card swiped twice - refuse to give back money
My mom bought goods from MR Price Home, Alberton. They swiped her card twice for the purchase. They refuse to give her her money back. They want proof that the money was taken of twice. She took them her bank statement, they still refuse saying that they want a stamped bank statement.
