Cant Log into Account!!

For the last 3 days I have been trying to log into my price money so that I can pay my account and I seem to have forgotten my password, so I have been clicking on forgot password and putting in my email address and receive absolutely nothing so I have sent an email to the people who are supposed to help me and that person is being absolutely useless all they say is the account has been unlocked and a reset password link has been sent to [Email Removed] and I tell her im busy using that email address and I have received nothing, so hours later I get a response with the exact same message!! How am I meant to pay my account?? I bet im the one who is going to be in a load of trouble when my account is not paid.
