cant help an old customer when in need

<p>I have been an account holder with you guys for years, i have never been a bad payer and have nearlyalways paid on time! Now that i need to make other payment arrangements due to financial difficulties i cant be assisted in a way that suites my needs! Ive explained to zama dlamini that i can only afford x amount, that if i pay more my child will go without food! Ive also explained that the account will not be used and can be completely frozen until i can afford to pay the full amount on the card again, this would only have been for the next 6 months. I was told i can only be helped for 3 months. I then said i wanted to close my account entirely and pay off the balance and they laughed on the other end of the line like it was a joke! I can assure you that i took very much offence to this! I know each call need to be logged so you are welcome to listen to it. Im hoping this will meet a person with some compassion that knows financial situations can change overnight. </p>
