Cant get my cash back from Click and collect cancellation

I bought a dress online thorugh click and collect, did an INSTANT PAYMENT/EFT just to receive an email 2 days later that my order was cancelled and no reason why. The order went from on hold to cancelled. Nothing explaining about my refund. I had to call the call center line because you cannot get through to any store BTW. The agent told me that within 24hrs I would get a voucher for my refund. 24hrs later, still nothing and I started getting highly irritated. I called again and the agent put me on hold for over 10 minutes, I ended the called and called back, the new agent said that the previous lady put through my refund voucher. Not longer after that call, I received my voucher. Here comes the most upsetting part, I get to Mr price in Goodwood and they tell me I cannot get a refund, I can only purchase items with the voucher. ***! How dare you take my money and refuse to give it back. *** must I do with a voucher, and this is why I hate buying by Mr price, if you wait too long to return an item, you forfeit the money you paid when it is marked down. Cheap quality and **** service. Besides on the phone, the call center agent told me I can take the flipping voucher to any Mr price to get my money back. So ***!!!!??????
