Cant find my payment

My order number is ********** 64614. I bought online on 28 Dec 2017 and have still not received delivery. I had to follow up and then found out that they cant locate my payment. No one contacted me to notify me. Even though I did a payment with my cheque card, they need a pop which I sent through twice. And I called in as well. Then sent another 2 emails and no one has bothered to assist me. I have paid and sent you the pop but no one has rep**** to me. When you do speak to someone they are not really bothered by your problem. I need this sorted ASAP
