Cannot even speak to anyone regarding MY account!!
Tried to phone Mr price money to discuss MY account that I pay for every month and yet you people can't even be bothered to answer the phone or have enough staff to deal with customers.<br> <br> On hold for an hour and had to leave to fetch my children.<br> <br> Totally unacceptable.
