cancillation of policies

Good day

I've been noticing that my instalment has been increasing every month I went to Mr price store to enquire about this, I was told that I have policies I was so surprised because I didn't sign/agree to any policy with Mr price.. with out arguing I asked them to please cancel these policies because the instalment is to high and I can't afford it they agreed and said I must the amount am asked for then the policies will be cancelled I did that.. few days ago I received an sms from Mr price saying I should pay an amount that is more than the 1 i had to pay last month.. I'm so confused, annoyed and very angry by this they suppose to have cancelled those policies but I still have to pay for something I never agreed on and don't want, it's a shame I'm even thinking of closing the account.
