Cancelled order still reflecting

Good day<br> I have been trying to call you people for so long<br> I am being kept on hold and cut off repeatedly<br> I understand that there is a period when u can cancel orders placed online, as I have done it before. For the order below, during this period I accessed the mr price website via my smartphone and it allowed me the option to cancel the order, which I did. Imagine my surprise when I go to my orders today on my profile I see that this order is not cancelled?!!???<br> What is going on? <br> Please can you kindly urgently assist<br> I would like to cancel this order ASAP<br> Because I dont want it to reflect on my statement and therefore having to incure a higher repayment
