Cancelled Order

I placed an order online and paid for my order. The order was due for delivery on 6 October 2020. When I attended at the store to collect my order I was informed that my order was cancelled.

I did not cancel the order, I didnt receive any communication that the order has been cancelled or a reason for the cancellation.

My account has been debited, but the funds have not been repaid to me.
