Cancelled my account at the store, not done

Hello <br> I cancelled my account about a month and a half ago at the Mr Price Home Bedford Centre , they made me complete a form, and I settled the account, but now I am still getting sms's saying I must pay my month admin fee of R15.00, the Mr Price website is useless for any information how to close the account.<br> Please can someone help me close this account as I do not want it anymore, and I will not make the mistake of opening a account with Mr Price again, its easy to open, 1,2,3 done, but when it comes to closing it ,its seems to be difficult!!!!
